Outplacement Services
Providing Professional Outplacement, Training and Team
Building Support to Organizations and Human Resources Departments.
Established in 1992 by client request, Technifind Outplacement
Services has assisted many organizations in reducing elements of
risk associated with employee terminations. Our client base includes
companies like: GE, Johnson & Johnson, Lear, Becton Dickinson,
Harmon, Hasbro, and Avery Denison, many of these with operations
in the US and Mexico. One thing we have found to consistently be
true is that despite technology people still like to be treated
like humans, not like a number or an E-person. We provide the personal
one-on-one interaction needed to help the displaced employee quickly
transition into another productive and satisfying employment opportunity.
We are a full-time, full-service provider with certified MBTI and
EQ-i administrators, dedicated executive offices, and administrative
support.
Our success is reflected in the number of people from corporate
executives to supervisory level managers of organizations, who have
made their transitions with a renewed focused in direction, a positive
attitude and greater enthusiasm. We provide customized consultations
and career development workshops to meet the needs of the company
and the people being released. These programs include the following
essential elements.

The best time to begin an outplacement program is the moment you
determine that an individual, or several individuals, need to be
separated from your organization. We have the ability to assist
you in planning and implementing effective programs that include
severance issues, exit interviews, required notice, and survivor
support. To discuss your organization's needs, call Mike Kimball
at (915) 775-1176, or Email him at mkimball@technifind.com.
