Founded in 1982 by George Vida, Tim Vida, Joyce Vida and Bruce Steiner, Technifind International Search & Outplacement has served the manufacturing, technology and service industry in the United States, Mexico, Latin America, Asia and Europe with professional/executive staffing and outplacement and training.

In the early years, we focused initially with Fortune 500 clients such as General Electric, Ford, Johnson & Johnson, General Motors, Sony, Emerson, Thomson and Philips. As these large groups expanded throughout the US and Mexico, we expanded to better serve them. When NAFTA was ratified, we followed our customers into every region of North America and into new markets in Mexico and South America. Many of the big groups pulled their suppliers nearby, rapid growth occurred and is still happening today.

Today our search business focus is 35% United States, 30% Mexico/Latin America, 10% Canada, 15% Asia and 10% Europe. We serve US and Multinational industries, both locally and globally for key executive and management roles. We are considered the leader in professional search in the US, Mexico and Canada and a key emerging firm in Asia and Europe. We will further expand our global service capabilities into Asia and Europe.
